Federal filings place hundreds of visa-supported tech jobs inside Texas government

Private employers filed these LCAs and named Texas agencies as clients or placement locations. The agencies did not file them. The public-interest question is whether Texas knows—and discloses—how much of its contracted technology workforce is supplied through visa-dependent staffing companies.
